Anonymous machine-price offers
A functional cookie identifies this browser for up to one year so a claimed offer can be recovered without registration. We store a hash of that random identifier, the assigned offer, its three-month expiry, and any order reference used to redeem it. A persistent browser flag prevents the automatic promotional popup from appearing more than once in the same browser. No email or phone is required to reveal an offer. Clearing site data or using another browser may create another visitor record; each code can still be redeemed only once. If you include an offer in an inquiry or WhatsApp message, its code and percentage are shared with export sales. These identifiers are not sent to analytics. This feature works whether you accept or decline analytics.
Inquiry shortlist and stock alerts
Saving a machine stores only listing IDs in this browser, not contact details, and does not reserve stock. Optional availability requests store the selected exact listing or model, chosen email or phone number, request time and consent version. Email alerts require confirmation. Exact-listing alerts are sent once; model alerts remain active for future matching exact stock until cancelled. These are availability messages, not marketing. Phone / WhatsApp requests are followed up manually. Cancel email requests using the link in the email or contact us to cancel phone follow-up. Removing a shortlist item does not cancel a separately submitted alert. We use hashed network and recipient identifiers for short-term abuse prevention; these rate-limit records are cleaned after seven days as new requests are processed. Contact details and signed confirmation links are not sent to website analytics.
What we collect
We collect the contact and machine information you submit, together with any optional company, budget, destination, delivery, or message details you choose to provide and the page and campaign source of the inquiry.
Why we use it
Shanghai Rongquan Machinery Co., Ltd. uses this information to match machinery, prepare inspection evidence, plan shipping, issue quotations, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, and follow up on the transaction.
Website analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, approximate location, device and browser information, traffic sources, scrolling, outbound contact clicks, and successful inquiry events. We do not send the name, phone number, email address, company, budget, destination, or message entered in an inquiry to Google Analytics. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics” in the website notice. If you decline, no Google Analytics tag is loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser so the notice does not appear on every page; you can clear this site’s browser storage to choose again.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry data is available to authorized sales and operations staff and is processed by service providers used to securely host the website and deliver inquiry notifications. It may be shared with logistics or inspection providers only when needed for your request. We retain records for business follow-up, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
